This salmon and roasted asparagus will have your mouth watering!!
Ingredients
1 Ib. Salmon Filets
1 Bunch Asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbs. Simply Sunflower Oil
2 Lemons
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
Fresh or dried Dill Weed
Sea Salt & Crushed Pepper
Instructions
- Heat Simply Sunflower Oil in large pan on medium-high heat.
- Add salmon to pan, skin side down.
- Add trimmed asparagus to pan.
- Add dill, salt & pepper, garlic, and lemon.
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. Asparagus should be tender.
- Enjoy!
