Hot Kabobs that don’t dry out on the grill. This moist and flavorful treat will be the highlight of your family’s barbeque!
Ingredients
1 Ib. Beef Sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Bell Peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Onion, cut into wedges
¼ c. Simply Sunflower Oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Sea Salt & Crushed Pepper

- Preheat grill to medium to high heat.
- Thread the meat and veggies onto the skewers.
- In a small bowl, mix Simply Sunflower Oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Baste oil mixture on kabobs.
- Lightly oil the grill grate with Simply Sunflower Oil.
- Grill kabobs for 10 minutes, rotating occasionally, until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
