Ingredients
4 Bell Peppers (Red, Orange, Green & Yellow)
1 Red Onion
1 pt Mushrooms
1 Zucchini
¼ cup Simply Sunflower Oil
2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Seasoning (or seasoning of your choice)
Instructions
- Cut fresh veggies into 1-2 inch pieces. Place in large bowl.
- Pour Simply Sunflower Oil and seasoning on veggies. Mix.
- Brush Simply Sunflower Oil on grill rack.
- Grill at Medium Heat. Flip to grill both sides.
- Grill 8-10 minutes until veggies are tender and lightly charred.
- Serve hot!
